We are seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive property sales, manage client relationships, and support the company’s growth through effective marketing and lead conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets
Conduct property tours, site visits, and presentations
Manage client inquiries and provide professional guidance
Negotiate offers, payment plans, and closing terms
Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports
Promote properties through calls, social media, and field marketing
Requirements:
OND, HND, BSc holders
0–1years of experience in real estate sales or a related field
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work with sales targets and handle fieldwork
Good knowledge of the real estate market
Proficiency in MS Office and social media marketing
